Ajo do t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb t\u00eb lidhim iniciativa individuale dhe t\u00eb zhvillojm\u00eb nj\u00eb vizion t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr lidhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Do t\u00eb reduktoj\u00eb koh\u00ebt e udh\u00ebtimit dhe do t\u00eb rris\u00eb kapacitetin p\u00ebr ngarkesa midis Evrop\u00ebs dhe Azis\u00eb. (.) Kushton shum\u00eb koh\u00eb, pasi mallrat duhet t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb sistem n\u00eb tjetrin. (.) Nj\u00eb nga projektet q\u00eb po firmosim sot \u00ebsht\u00eb me Bank\u00ebn Evropiane t\u00eb Investimeve. Po p\u00ebrgatisim nj\u00eb hekurudh\u00eb t\u00eb re elektrifikuar sipas standardeve evropiane nga Ungheni n\u00eb Moldavi n\u00eb kufirin me Rumunin\u00eb deri n\u00eb Chisinau, kryeqytetin e vendit. Do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb paralel me linj\u00ebn ekzistuese dhe do ta lidh\u00eb at\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me nj\u00eb terminal t\u00eb ri t\u00eb ngarkesave af\u00ebr kryeqytetit moldav. (.) T\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto projekte mbyllin lidhjet q\u00eb mungojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet tona p\u00ebr t\u00eb lidhur Evrop\u00ebn dhe Azin\u00eb p\u00ebrmes rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb transportit m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejta, m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurta dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb besueshme. S\u00eb bashku me partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb nga Azia Qendrore, gjithashtu jemi duke nisur projekte p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb e past\u00ebr, [00:08:24] zgjerimin e rrjeteve digjitale dhe zhvillimin e zinxhir\u00ebve t\u00eb furnizimit me minerale thelb\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sfidat e tjera q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojm\u00eb jan\u00eb mungesa e natyr\u00ebs rregullatore, procedurat e ndryshme t\u00eb kufirit, sistemet e pap\u00ebrputhshme dhe vonesat e tjera administrative. Ne po e adresojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb duke rregulluar rregullat, duke lidhur sistemet doganore dhe duke zhvendosur m\u00eb shum\u00eb procedura online. (.) Nj\u00eb shembull i mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb puna jon\u00eb me Qendr\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Tregtis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar mjetet digjitale ekzistuese dhe efektive nga Azia Qendrore n\u00eb partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb Lindjes ose Qendra Doganore dhe Logjistike n\u00eb Jerevan. Ne ndihmojm\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim. (.) Ata jan\u00eb duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimin e mallrave q\u00eb kalojn\u00eb kufijt\u00eb. (.) Dhe p\u00ebrfundimisht, ne do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim platform\u00ebn e Agjend\u00ebs s\u00eb Lidhnive p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb heqjen e pengesave financiare. (.) Sot, ne po n\u00ebnshkruajm\u00eb projekte me nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb mbi 80 milion euro, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb mobilizojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 2 miliard euro investime n\u00eb fushat e transportit, energjis\u00eb dhe lidhjes digjitale. [00:09:32] Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm fillimi. Nj\u00eb projekt i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me FinFund, nj\u00eb investitor finlandez me ndikim q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimin e 40 milion eurove n\u00eb garancit\u00eb e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb investime prej 800 milion eurosh. (.)
